House Rules

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - No more than 10 people can occupy the house, anytime, even if they're not sleeping. between the 7th up to 10th guests. PARKING - Please park only on the drive-way or at the street in front of the house, NEVER over the grass. GRILL - We provide a propane barbecue grill under a fee. We provide a used propane tank and the guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank in case it gets empty. We do not offer the mail box of this house to be used by the guests. The landscaping service is done every 2 weeks.
